For one, i specifically told my consultant that i didn't like lace and she continued to bring me lace... dressing rooms were tiny and there was so many people in there it was unbelievable. On top of it not once did she ask me if i wanted a veil. I mentioned it and she told me i could go put my dress back on and try some on or schedule a whole new appointment for accessories... and my consultant was going between me and 3 other groups... it is over booked and overly crowded. This experience at David's bridal was great. I had a better experience looking for a ball gown then I did when I was looking for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses which is sad. But the stylist Britt was amazing when I went yesterday with my daughter, husband and dad. She was very helpful and patient.

I found my dress. However when I first got there they were crazy busy and wasn't getting very good service. If it wasn't for the family and friends I would have walked out without a dress though. The consultant seemed a little hungover or something. She didn't seem interested in helping us too much.

The sales person Danny was great, but the store its self is what I had a problem with. 1 they didn't have dresses in my daughter size to try on. They were either way to big. (20) or way too small (12) nothing in between, therefore she really could not get a real feel for how the dress would fit her body type. 2 as for the bridesmaid. Dresses the lead time for a dress is close to 6 months. Very unacceptable and then to help pick out a color (tickle pink) you have no dresses in that color and none will be in the store nor ca... read more

I was there yesterday and felt a little rushed myself. They need to ask a few questions before they begin ruffling through clothing. Getting married is a personal moment/time in anyone's life and should be treated as such. Another issue is the selection online vs in store. I don't have time to order and return, so if I dont like what ive ordered my experience yesterday will make me go somewhere else.

So many dresses to try on. My consultant was going between myself and another lady but was really helpful. I wish there was more dresses for my bridesmaids to try on.

We went in to help my sister-in-law find a wedding dress and to help my niece find a bridesmaids dress. The girl assigned to us was not very helpful. My other sister-in-law and I went on our own to look for dresses. When the bride was in trying on any dresses that we found, her niece helped her in the dressing room.
