What a great experience with David's Bridal. The staff we all wonderful. Super friendly and very helpful. They helped me find my dream dress in just minutes. I would highly recommend this shop!

Very disappointed in this location. I'm in the beginning stages of wedding dress shopping (so excited!), but unfortunately felt "pushed to the side" by these employees not once, but twice. First, I went with my mom on a Wednesday. We walked in & were greeted by the front desk employee. She asked what we were in for (told her wedding dresses) & she proceeded to ask if I was registered yet. We were not informed of having to share the attendant and she very rude in a statement she made.

I told the sales lady that I was not going to purchase today .....I needed my daughter to come see the mother of the bride dress....she asked me what I want... set me up with some dresses....I was alone, had no other people with me and I never saw her again....had other customers zip me up and take pictures for me and then got dressed, went and picked out a few more dresses...did the same thing.....never saw her again...so I like that they did not bother me or were pushy....but she could of checked in on me.....I walked out ... read more

We scheduled an appointment for 2p and they scheduled or took on a Bridal party fitting at the same time and the rep chose to assist the Bridal party more. She was more attentive to them and when we asked for help she seemed like it was an inconvenience. We shopped at the Davids Bridal near Charlotte a few years ago and they were amazing. I will NEVER step foot in the one in Mayfair again and will not recommend this location. This place is very unprofessional. I am the bride and I took my bridesmaids to find dresses. It was still early so they picked out their dresses and sizes. The ladies said they would keep our information so that when we were ready to purchase it would be a simple transaction. Well that was not the case. My girls went back to pay for their dresses and NOONE's information was saved. So basically because we did not pay THAT day, they simply trashed our information as we were not going to pay. The guy who was helping me was very unenthusiastic. Yeah I get that this is your job and you see this several times a day. However this is MY MOMENT! He wasn't much of a sales person, wasn't very knowledgeable about the dresses and just seemed all around disinterested. Didn't care to offer much in the way of accessories. I too work in customer service and even if I'm doing the same thing everyday I still give a customized and personalized experience.
