We had a nice time at David's Bridal yesterday. Our hostess was Alexa she was very lovely and sweet and she knew her job well. The only thing that we didn't like about David's Bridal is that they claimed they could not hold dresses on the weekends if they can hold them there in the week which is retarded!!! David's Bridal also claim that they cannot layaway dresses!!

I had 2 appointments this weekend for bridesmaid and bridal and the experience and service was horrible! The lady at the check in booth was extremely rude and come to find out she never even checked me in cause I got an email about missing my appointment when I was there for over 3 hours! I was then assigned to Shae for both appointments. They tried to put 5 girls in one room and she only checked on us once during the bridesmaid appointment. Awful! We were a large bridal party who called ahead for an appointment. I found the store to be extremely busy, and our bridal guide was not helpful. She wasn't sure what she was doing, and did it try to understand what the bride was picturing. We found the dresses we wanted to try on by ourselves. Did not have a good experience here. Went to try on dresses lady told me if I did not like there dresses then to go to another bridal shop. Went to the Tulsa David's bridal and found the dress and they were amazing.

Upon arriving there were people already waiting for a consultant! When we signed in it still took 20 minutes for her to meet up with us. We gave her a price point and first thing she found dresses way over our budget. Also very unorganized and dirty. We did find a dress but would never go back.

Dear David's Bridal I was in your London Branch on Friday to pick up my wedding dress. I was super excited. I love my dress and beyond exited for my special day in October. I walked into the store and greeted by a young girl was short with me. She brought my dress from the back and pretty much handed it to me and said "have a nice night". Worse customer service! Will NEVER go to this location again...after telling my sister her appointment was over when in fact she had another 45 mins and we were picking her dresses NOT the sales associate we decided to leave the dresses and leave the store! Every time my sister asked if there was any other dresses besides the 3 she brought the response would be..."well I'm not sure what your looking for" WTF???? What a joke! Save your self the time and go somewhere else!
