Awful experience! I'm on my 4th, AND FINAL, unnecessary visit to this horrible store! The first visit the stylist gave me incorrect information about the alterations that I could have done . . . so on my first fitting (2nd visit) I had to awkwardly/half naked explain to the 2 seamstress and the alterations manager what the stylist told me. I went for a fitting yesterday and my experience could've been better. My stylist kept bringing me dresses that I wasn't pleased with but she was dedicated to find a dress that affordable yet i didnt try on the proper attire for my fitting. Madison location is too small for amount of appointments they take. Also, I wasn't informed about different options I can take when paying for the dress.

Not the best service. Place was definitely over booked. My maid of honor had to figure out her size, never measured. We had to pull dresses from rack. No one helped. I bought my wedding gown and two daughters junior bridesmaids dresses at your Wilkes Barre PA location where service was great. Drive 6 hour round trip to your store to share the experience with my maid of honor. So disappointed.

Went in thinking we have a person helping us for this special day for my daughter. We were never told when we made the appointment that if it's a Saturday they have several people at once. Glad I will not have to come back.

Worst experience ever. I called and they told me I don't need an appointment to try on bridesmaids dresses with my bridal party. Got there and had to wait over an hour to try on 5 dresses. The consultant had my small group (3 people) and one other group. We never saw her. She was no help and extremely rude to us. We had to go and search for other dresses and sizes. I had a bad experience afterni visited the Raleigh Store. I made the appointment online for the whole bridal party which i thought included me. Well it didnt. We still found a bridesmaid dress. We had time left over so we started looking for a bridal gown. I was told by the manager that i couldnt look at dress because i couldn't try them on because i didnt have a consultant. I'm sorry to say that we didn't care much at all for our experience. We have much closer shops to our home but have heard this was the place to go, I'll start by saying my daughter isn't getting married until June 2019 and maybe this is why Eileen wasn't the greatest person to deal with...knowing she wasn't getting a "sale".
