This place sucks, I'm so glad I didn't get my wedding dress there but unfortunately I did take my bridesmaids there and I feel so bad for them. From start to finish the experience has been stressful. This place is a disaster. Staff less than friendly, barely competent. I'm still getting letters that my bridal party needs to pick up dresses when they all have dresses in hand. They don't make you feel like you are shopping for the best day of your life.

I was disappointed in what they had to show us. What is the point of picking favorites on line if they are not going to show you anything like what you choose.
They were not attentive and rushed us through the whole experience when bridesmaids tried their dresses on. Then proceeded to order the wrong dresses. One bridesmaid was never made aware that her correct dress was in. Mine was ordered in the wrong size. All we got was a "sorry this happened" that's it. I've been in mgmt for quite sometime in retail and that's the worst customer experience I've ever had. Never again and will absolutely never recommend anyone!!

The price of my alterations was the same as the price of my dress. That's absolutely crazy! It was all because they ordered a size larger than the size I tried on , which fit me perfectly. Was that done on purpose to increase the sale?

Awful experience. My bridesmaids were rushed and treated terribly. Was treated more like a fast food service than a "dream" experience. I was misinformed by 3 different people about a color. When discussing with the manager, she had nothing to offer for poor service and the wrong colors of a dress. All the manager said to me was "I don't know what you want me to do. Tell me what I can do." I will never recommend David's bridal (Ashwaubenon) to any of my bride friends.

Two years ago my oldest daughter purchased her wedding dress at the David's Bridal in Monroeville, PA. The experience was wonderful with such delightful and helpful staff. I stopped in David's Bridal to look at some of the dresses I favorited online and possibly set up an appointment to try them on. I walked in and the 3 women standing in front of the door didn't even acknowledge me even though the store was practically empty. I walked by at least 3 employees not assisting customers and not one even said hi or asked if they could help me. I walked through the entire store and didn't get so much as a "hello".
