You can improve by closing the doors. Your company has done nothing but cause problems and added stress to an occasion that is supposed to be the best day of my friends life. Your employess....new or not.....did not have the correct information and so that alone has caused many issues. Hopefully in the future u can find a way to continue to make a wedding day special and not more stressful than it can already be

I'm going to be short and straight to they point. The ladies are rude. They have no manners. I drove from San Antonio to help my sister pick out her dress. I'm very BIG with customer service!!! And since I'm purchasing her dress... i told her i wanted to go somewhere else where they will have manners and more patience. Although we found a beautiful $1,900 dress, it was veo saddening to have to walk out. But iwas not going to give them 1 penny! Very bad customer service!! I will be submitting my review shortly.

They don't make you feel special at all! They in fact book 2 brides with the same consultant at the same time. Spent the whole time having my family and friends pick out dresses and try to find things I liked because the consultant left me for her other bride. She basically only spoke to me in passing telling me how good I looked and that I should get that one (Pushing a sale). To add insult to injury the consultant told my MOH she should speak to the manager about a job because she was doing such a great job taking care of ... read more

This place is an absolute joke. I got married last year and used David's for my bridesmaids dresses. I had attempted them for my dress and my consultant was less than helpful, as her friend was there when during my appointment. I am in three more weddings coming up this year and every single time we have gone there it's been a problem. The only person that works there with any sense just got another job (wonder why?.) I called 3 days ago to check on a dress style and to see if they had my size and color. The lady I spoke to confirmed and then booked a appointment for today. I get there and in fact there was not my size or any sizes close to the one I asked for, nor the color. Now yes it's possible they sold it but the lady on the phone said there was 4 different sizes that could work. This location not only was so busy and understaffed they double booked and took walking knowing they had appointments. The bridal party I was with waited so long that while the bride waited for almost an hour for her alteration appointment and had a diabetic episode during her appointment

Wish I would have read reviews before wedding dress shopping here. Not a personalized experience at all. Way overbooked appointments, my stylist was jumping from room to room. Felt rushed and chaotic. When I came back to pick up/try on my dress I was alone with my toddler son, I was offered no help getting in my gown or even carrying it to the fitting room for me.

I have been to this store in Dewitt a few times. I had ONE decent experience. This being a chain, with large inventory one wouldn't think that finding a wedding dress would be too difficult. I wasn't expecting an in and out kind of experience but rather a helpful, enjoyable and memorable one. We didn't get any of that. The woman they put you with is not someone knowledgeable or even remotely close to being good at their job. These are women that they hire to basically act as a maid to you.
