Absolutely the worse service ever! This store has messed up my whole bridal party order! And they don't answer the phone they do not put the correct information in their system. I hate this store with a passion!

Came to enjoy the day and find a georgous dress for my mom. The 'stylist' assigned to us was not helpful in anyway and didnt listen to anything our mom was telling her she wanted.. bringing random poofy stuff when she wanted simple and flowy. Spent more time waiting for her to find and bring the dress than actually trying on.. We will NOT be back!

Wow. Worst costumer service ever! I would highly recommend going anywhere but here for your bridal or specialty needs!

Janie was very rude wont be going back. I have been to this location for several events with friends this is the first time i had service like this. Instead of being attentive to my co worker she was telling another customer she was rocking all the dress that she tried on.

I went into my appointment at David's Bridal with an open mind - I have heard from three other brides that they received horrible service at this store but I was intrigued by the large selection of dresses that they offered. We were looking for bridesmaid dresses and wanted to try on a variety to see what style everyone liked most. Much to my disappointment, the service that we received was sub-par. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the worst part about it, is the worst employee is their store manager, Jacqueline. She not once asked the bride (me) what my issue or concern was and just allowed me to get a FULL refund of $800+. She was rude and if I would have continued, she would have stayed arguing with me. I easily could have spent another $400+ there for my alterations on my dress but because of how awful they made me feel and could careless of my feelings in this whole process, I returned my dress and all accessories I... read more

This Davids is the absolute worst. My experience there was terrible. I had an appointment and when I got there I had to wait over 45 minutes. Once I actually met with a consultant she was helping 4 other people pick out prom dresses or something. She never really even asked me any questions about what kind of wedding dress I was looking for, just told me to go grab some I liked. She paid absolutely no attention to me.
