My daughter's consultant was Keisha. She was perfect! She was so helpful, never rushed us, even went back and brought out other dresses with ideas. Our bride tried a few multiple times and Keisha was warm, friendly and accommodating. The one negative was the absolute chaos going on around us. The dress fitting was fine. I was retrying on a dress without the bridal party. They tried to over charge me. They charged me for a plus size dress when I didn't need a plus size. And they said my dress wasn't a bridesmaid dress but offering $20 off, it was a special occasion dress. Since it was a "special occasion dress" the $20 coupon didn't work. I bought a dress from David's Bridal for my son wedding , I had 2 fittings and came back to pick up my dress on my appointment day by arrived 35 min early only to find my dress is not done and to make matters worse, it was on their sewing table balled up and no one was working on it. The dress should have been done by now and pressed instead of an unfinished dress bunched up on a table. When I spoke to the seamstress she simply said " oh you are 35 minutes early " . Honestly I wish I could say I had a great experience but sadly I didn't either time. Thank god for my MOH and my wonderful BM's they found a dress they all loved and we figured it out, no thanks to the lady who helped us all she did was Measure them wrong and look up to see if they have that dress in their sizes which ended up being wrong. This store's service is extremely horrible. After emailing the corporate HQ about this I have had no response in over 4 days. The employees to managers are inept and provide terrible service to Brides to be. They have my fiancee upset and stressed in a time which should be happy. The location lost her and her bridesmaids information, sizes, dress types and cannot find the information and seem to not care about the people who are spending money there. I really enjoyed my time, but it was hard to feel pretty when they didn't have a corset extender for me to try my dress on, I love the dress but I hope when I go for my fitting they have what I need to make sure it fits me perfectly. My salesperson did not appreciate the importance of me finding the right dress. I felt unimportant, rushed and a hassle to her. I did find my dress and ordered it but my overall experience was lousy.

I was extremely disappointed that I was told I had to make an appointment and the person that was supposed to be assisting us was working with a bride at the same time, so her focus was strictly on her. My bridal party and I were the ones running back and forth for dresses and when we needed assistance, I had to go search for her.
