If I can give no stars I would. Worst place ever I walked in yesterday and you go in they ignore you. While no one in the store.. Then you ask to see a dress and they "need to ask permission to show you the dress" . Walked out and highly recommend for people to go else where. Managers please show your staff customer service. A customer doesn't go in to buy a $$ dollar dress they go to spend $$$$ And the service is zero.

I had an awful experience at this Davids bridal just last Saturday when looking for bridesmaids dresses. First, it was insanely crowded, which I get it, it's a Saturday whatever. But I had made an appointment so thought it would be ok. Well little did I know how much Davids likes to overbook the same time spot. It was about 15-20 mins past our appt time before we were even called, and in the meantime told to "browse" for dresses we liked, which is a joke in itself. We had an appointment and the associate name Taylor was suppose to help us but she was no help at all she kept leaving us, she wasn't around when we had questions and wasn't helping my friend trying to find a wedding dress. And when we asked questions she would say I don't know, I don't know she had a terrible attitude. And kept rolling her eyes it was so frustrating.

We had excellent customer service today, the last time we were there, it didn't go as well BUT let me tell you they made up for it today. Angela welcomed us and took wonderful care of us, plus her staff was very helpful also! If you ever have a problem, don't be afraid to ask for Angela, she will be more than happy to help! Out of all David Bridals DO NOT PICK THIS ONE ! Worst service ever ! I have always loved David Bridals but they have turned me against the whole company ! Very poor management. They ordered a dress even told us a shipping date and then called later and told us that she had to pick another dress that wasn't available . After I had left and drove 2 hours to get there . My daughter had a 12:00 appt which did NOT start on time and the. At 12:40 the girl helping us pretty much told us our time was about up. This left us puzzled, so I was like what do you mean? She said returning customers only get an hour. I said well we talked to 3 people and not one of you all told us that. Feeling very irritated I went and found a manager. Just a shout out to the David's Bridal rude employees that didn't want to really help us and were snarling their noses at us. Whatever happened to pleasing the customer and showing some care about the customers feelings? I know I'm over weight �! I don't need your looks to tell me that!
