Whatever you do never shop at David's Bridal in North Attleboro !!! Every single person I've spoke to over the past two months has a different story ! My bridesmaids dresses were ordered wrong- completely wrong style , last name spelt wrong on first order so not now I have two separate orders for 3 dresses which have two different last names and two different wedding dates since they got the wrong too!!!!! When we arrived at David's Bridal it was so hectic too many people in such a small place , I didn't feel we got greeted very well . The set up they have to look at dresses was so unorganized , the lady who was assigned to us didn't seem like she was having a good day and we could definitely tell. I researched on your website and picked 5 favorites. Made an appointment at the local David's Bridal. Reception was very pleasant and since I was looking for a Mother of Groom dress I was told to go to the back wall. I was told someone would be with me shortly. Almost a half hour later I went to reception and told them no one came to help. They found some immediately and she went back with me. The 5 favorites were not there. The person that helped me find a gown was great but they had her booked back to back and they asked me how many people were coming with me which was 5 they only had two chairs for my bridal party their rooms where you try on dress are way to small and to close

Kept sending me appointment reminders for appointments I never made. Couldn't find my mom's outfit that was ready to be picked up. they told me it was damaged even, though it was fine 3 days before. then told me it will take over a month to get a new one. I smell some BS! Alterations are outrageously priced. I will not be going back once I get my dress back. I was on time for my appointment. I had to wait over 15 minutes for my consultant then was told she would be sharing her time between myself and another bride! Unacceptable and very unprofessional! Several dresses were selected by members of my party for which I tried on all of them before my consultant ever offered a corset/bra or spanx (it was obvious to see I am a plus size bride). My consultant made several remarks letting everyone in my party know that she was a dictator and even referenced that all will comply! REALLY!... read more

Not a great experience bridesmaid dress shopping. There were people running around everywhere, nobody knew who they were helping and we didn't have very good guidance. Ended up leaving and getting bridesmaid dresses elsewhere.

I have gone with two of my bridesmaids and the first visit I pulled all of the dresses helped her into all the dress as she walked around looking for her clipboard that she kept loosing and talking about her cat as I was doing her job and the second time we went for my second bridesmaid she pulled one dress in two different sizes then disappeared. Never to be seen again. So once again I was the one pulling dresses and doing the job of the consultant!
