After 2 terrible appointments at the Flint location, the Novi store was a breath of fresh air. The store was beautiful and Neisha helped our Bride ring that bell! Thank you for everything Miss Neisha - you rock!

My stylist Courtnee was an absolute darling. Listened, pulled exactly what we discussed prior to starting the selection. We even laughed quite a bit , because she is shorter than I am , which made putting dresses over my head a challenge. Yes I did find ,my dress. YET.. at check out I had to wait 20 additional minutes , for assistance, only to be asked did I want the sample or was I ordering. I showed the lady who was helping me a picture of the dress I wanted which I got from their web site and instead of getting that dress( or one similar ) they decided to put me in something I didn't want nor like!! NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Four positive things: 1) Our attendant was attentive as much as she could be for a chaotic Saturday and trying to help at least two other parties of people. 2) We managed to pick a dress within our 90 min appointment and first time wedding dress shopping. 3) The dress was on sale and came in on budget even with taxes. 4) This may have been unintentional and mostly because they were busy, but we were left alone for periods of time which made it feel less pushy and like we had space to breathe without a sales person on top of ... read more
