Our consultant had way too many other things to do besides help my daughter get dressed. She was only able to try on 3 or 4 dresses with the help of her friend. Don't think she'll come back even though she liked 2 of the dresses.

My experience today was absolutely terrible I will NEVER EVER EVER shop there again. My consultant only brought me two dresses. My family had to go and find the rest and then when she was supposed to help me she decided to help someone else instead of me. I ended up leaving without even saying anything. Not even worth my two hours being there just to try on 5 dresses and that's with having a appointment. The only reason why I gave a star is because I have to but if I could I wouldn't be giving anything.

This bridal shop was the worst one i went to i had four bridesmaids with me first they had to fit me in because even though i. Confirmed my appt twice they didnt have my appt scheduled... Then when we got there the lady was late and instead of helping my bridemaids get into there dresses or anything she sat down literally... During the whole appt by the jewelry and didnt help oh and talked to a co worker the whole time instead of paying attention to our appt and trying to assist my bridemaids when she knew this was my first ... read more

the fact that we were told to go browse dresses and then be shunned and scolded for actually touching them. when asked if we could try a dress in a larger size to see how it would flow was told no, that that was the only size they had...found the dress myself within 5 minutes in 2 sizes larger...again scolded for touching something. absolutely arrogant and when the bride stated that she DISLIKES A DRESS DO NOT PUSH IT ON HER BECAUSE ITS MORE EXPENSIVE. also, not allowed to make a payment on a dress rather the entire thing ne... read more

My appointment was for 7:30pm, we were there just a few minutes early but our "consultant " didn't find her way to us until close to 8. She NEVER took any measurements on me and as a result we picked dresses that were way to big. My bridal party did most of the shopping ourselves. Our sales assistant seem to be more interested in the bride that was in the fitting room across from me. It was kind of upsetting. I found a dress I really liked, the sales lady added a sash & a veil and it was perfect.... EXCEPT there was only ONE... read more

Does not know how to handle a large party! Unprofessional staff. This is by far the worst customer service from David's Bridal! Glad I purchased my actual dress from a different location! The rest of my bridesmaids will be going elsewhere!

If you're a bride and don't know what to expect when picking out your wedding dress, DO NOT COME HERE! Take your time and be open to looking at other shops. I had the worst experience here and I would also recommend to skip the alteration services. They charge so much and they can't even get the job done right. I had to go back 3 different times because they couldn't do a corset correctly. Even the other lady Tanya was shocked at the work that was done. It was horrible. Go somewhere where it's not just about the money.
