After such a good experience with your South Portland Maine store, I ordered 2 wedding dresses and 4 bridesmaids dresses, my following experience has been miserable. I live two and a half hours away from the store and have made that quite clear to the customer service staff. A week and a half ago I received a call that one of my bridesmaids (Arinn's) dress was in and that I would need to pick it up in seven days. If I could give this place a negative number I would. I heard from multiple sources this was an awful place to get bridesmaid dresses but we gave it a shot anyways. Completely awful. PLEASE PLEASE just go someplace else where they treat their customers with respect and someplace where they know what they're doing. Please.

Just purchased my bridal gown today and my matron of honor also got her dress. Our consultant was Victoria, and she was wonderful! Very helpful and fun! We had a great experience picking out perfect dresses! Thank you Victoria!

Poor selection and the dresses looked old and the ones my friend tried on had holes in them and could not be reordered.

The overall search for bridesmaids dresses went well. But when we came back for the alterations appointment, I had to continuously go to the back and ask questions while my bridesmaid stood there, because the head of the alterations department just kept going to the back to chat with her friends. I had to ask all the questions because she didn't offer us any information to help us out. And this is after we had ordered the bridesmaid dresses and they sent me one with holes in it.
