What's the point in changing my appointment time if when I come in my name can't be found everytime I come in.

Not impressed. I felt like the consultant wasn't really interested in serving me. Received much better service at Group USA in Milpitas without an appointment. Have decided not to buy my wedding gown from David's.

I had an appointment with David's bridal on niagara falls blvd. on february 11th. When I arrived I was about 5 minutes late and my consultant was still with another bride. I understand it happens but no one communicated this to myself, they just said oh she has been waiting for you.....really? So she asks me to come back to the dressing rooms to do measurements finally but when I get back there she is still with the other bride. I walked into the store last night just wanting to look at wedding dresses, not expecting to be assisted in any way...boy, was I wrong! I waited for a few minutes and then Kate found me and also found my wedding dress! I was shocked and in disbelief that I was going to walk out of the store feeling like a real bride on a very small budget!! I highly recommend Kate at the David's Bridal store on Arden. They made me get a dress to big when I could of got the size smaller and it fit perfectly! The day I bought my dress and was actually still in the dress I was getting we had alterations come out and give us a price on alterations that would need to be done she said 175 at the most! When I went for alterations when my dress came in they ended up saying I owed them 480! And 280 of that being for my train to done so didn't get that done and would have to buy another dress to change into after the ceremony! Then with my final fi... read more

My first time dress shopping and stylist Teresa was amazing!! She was very sweet and listened to what I wanted in a dress. I said yes to the dress!!! Thank you to the rest of the staff that made me feel special on this day

I spent thousands of dollars here and my dresses came beyond wrinkled... They said they are shipped like that pretty sad when i can go to walmart and get a dress not wrinkled for $20 and spend thousand on a dress here and its wrinkled. However they have tried to make it better they will be steaming my dress just before the wedding. But just thought they would show more pride in the company and not give brand new dresses in that manner. Very unhappy. I love my dress. It was very reasonably priced. However, when i picked it up it was full of wrinkles. I mentioned it to the sales associate and didn't offer to have it steamed. I think she pretended not to hear me...
