I've yet to have a great experience with them. When I went their with two of my bridesmaids, the girl that was assigned came over and then never saw her again until we wanted to put their sizes in the system, and stayed with other people the whole time (they weren't busy). I had to help them myself and one had to go on the floor with a dress still on cause no one was there to get her a different size; I ordered a bra and bottom underskirt thing there, tried them on and everything and the bra came back a size to big. I am a previous employee of David's Bridal in Indianapolis. They as a store and as a corporate company have not been able to explain to me where my W2 is. I have called the store and called corporate three times now and I am either told I will be called back and wait three days to hear anything or I am sent to a payroll voicemail. My fiancée and I stopped into look at dresses on 2/4/17 at approximately noon. The young lady at the door was amazing but when she called our consultant up it went downhill fast. She inquired if we were having a double wedding and when we said no, that we were marrying each other her attitude changed immediately to not very helpful. She measured us and brought us shoes and corsets. My corset didn't fit (yes I'm plus size) and when I told her she told me that was the largest one they had. Two terrible experiences here. 1. As a bridesmaid - I purchased my dress there and set up an appointment for alterations. I arrived for my appointment on time and was received with "alterations isn't here yet but I'll take you back so you can get changed into your dress". 20 minutes later I step out front to make sure they didn't forget I was there and was told someone from alterations will be right with you. The person who helped me was great but the dresses are awful, nothing looked good on me. The material seems really cheap and just really unflattering. I must have tried on 25 different dresses and styles.
