This is the 3rd time going to a Davids store. This is my 2nd time at this store. They are notorious for ignoring certain people. I went in because my fiancé and I won a wedding from the Willis tower and we would be on the news. I did not have an appointment and explained to them that I needed a gown in 10 days. Furthermore I explained that I was shopping on a budget. My consultant brought 3 dresses, 2 which were prom dresses. They were all ugly, in my opinion. This location is amazing! The woman who did my alterations' name is Flo. If you need alterations, even if you don't buy your dress from this location... GO TO FLO! She will make you look like a dream!!!!!

Had an appointment to look for my wedding dress and the woman "helping" me didn't bring me anything i was looking for. I was looking for dresses on sale and she only brought me 2 in my price range and the rest were high end and in a style i emphasized i did not want to wear. Tried it on anyway and still wasn't satisfied. Maybe if they listened to their customers more instead of insisting what they want i could have found my dress. I will shop elsewhere.

Upon entering, we were treated so special. I wanted this to be special for my daughter. After an hour and half and 5 dresses later, my daughter said yes to her dress. She was asked to ring the bell and 5 employees showed up and clapped. During our time there, the bride took advantage of the atmosphere and with planned words, asked her twin sister to be her maid of honor. They took pictures of us and just maid it perfect. They are all rude. I felt rushed. I feel like all they wanted was my money. They didn't care if I was happy. I got my dress special order, it came in with stains and they didn't care, didn't do anything to help or even ask if they could! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! I wish I could do it all over at a different place. Terrible terrible terrible

Had an appointment for getting a prom dress for my daughter. Salesperson was not familiar with the inventory and left us alone to look, try on, and evaluate the selections. We were under the impression that we were dealing with a "stylist", but that was not the case. We had better attention and service at Dillard's, without an appointment.
