I went to the store and I bought 2 robes,as they didn't have my size they ordered them... They didn't arrive on the time they told me ( I wait 3 weeks for them) as I am not from USA they told me that they will make me a refund. It has been more than 4 months and I still waiting. I called the store once a week during 3 months and still no response of my money. kyra made the order but now no one is responsable.

Went twice HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE once without appointment and was treated HORRIBLE shoved in a room with bunch of dresses and no one around, same the second time around even with an appointment! They were rude and acted as of we were a bother

I scheduled appts weeks before for my bridesmaid and one for my maids of Honor. Both days (Thursday and Friday) we got terrible service. The first day, the woman wouldn't listen to what I wanted them to try on. The second day, I pretty much helped my bridesmaid myself in terms of finding her dresses. It was ridiculous. And never again will I go back. I'm glad I didn't give them anymore of my money and bought my dress elsewhere.

I am a bride and I am only giving 1 star for when I had to go bridesmaid dress shopping and the sales associate assigned to us did not introduce herself and acted like she had only slept two hours and kept yawning and just made me feel not excited about the shopping experience. This store is terrible (Pineville NC). I purchased everything for my wedding here and spent thousands of dollars. I came back today with my mom and sister to get a mother of the brides dress for my sisters wedding and they wouldn't take 5 minutes to let our mom try on 3 dresses that we already had picked out. We live almost 2 hours from this store and as I said before we've done plenty of business here. There customer service is horrible. It took me a 4 times over there and my last experience was amazing. My 3 before hand was horrible. I guess it just depends on who u get to help u.

Absolutely horrible. Had five dresses ordered for a wedding, a dress for the bride, maid of honor, and three brides maids. Four out of five dresses were wrong when we received them. Literally had to drive over an hour to get here only to realize almost everything was messed up including the bride's dress. There is much more to add here, but I will leave it at this. I do not suggest going there and we will never go there again.
