I had a scheduled appointment for a month for my bridesmaids to try on and purchase their dresses here. Not only was the staff completely rude, but they were unaccommodating and only gave us one room for seven girls. They then kicked us out of that room for a bride who was obviously more important to them. We then walked out without spending any money and took our money elsewhere. You all lost at LEAST $1500 today from what would've been paying customers. I would not recommend this dress shop to anyone ever.

My best friend had an appointment scheduled and was so excited to buy her wedding dress. However the associate assigned to my friend seemed extremely disinterested in helping my friend (who was shopping on a budget) and very interested in assisting the young lady next to us, who was trying on the higher priced gowns. One of the girls that was with my bridal party had gotten sick. It was very unfortunate for everyone and she was so embarrassed. As we were leaving, luckily she was outside, three of the employees were talking about it and going on in great detail with disgust on their face to other customers. I went in for bridesmaid dresses. The associate that was helping us didn't help much. I understand you have to check on others to see if they are doing okay. But if you ask for us to make an appointment I would hope we would get help with style, sizing, color options. With our appointment we only saw the associate maybe 3 times for about 2mins. We understand some days are busier than others. I would assume the store would plan for the traffic better. I will be shopping else where for my bridal needs.

I went into this location yesterday with my mother and future MIL to look for my dress. We came in significantly earlier than our scheduled appointment due to finishing up at another shop early and they managed to "squeeze" us in. The shop was busy and the person they assigned to me was a flustered mess. She pulled a few dresses I was interested in and practically threw them at my mom and said she could help me get them on. I was treated like a walking dollar sign. I was pressured to buy a dress I said I didn't like and was basically told I had no style and should be able to wear it for one night. Ironically it was the most expensive one she pulled. If I don't like a dress I wont buy it just because I was insulted. The consultant, for lack of a better word, was absolutely rude. When she did bring a dress I liked, it was more than double my budget. Worst experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

In a word- Awful! To begin, the store is chaotic and unclean. Please don't think an appointment is guaranteed or means you won't wait. It also doesn't mean you'll get your full time. Initially my 1:00 appointment was lost, and I only found this out by calling the day before to confirm my appointment, so I had to reschedule. I arrived on time with my 2 friends, and waited a while before I was given a "stylist" who only "had 40 min" (my appointment slot was 60). The worst experience ever!!! Very booked! Did not make the time for me.... waited way to long for my appointment, when the employees just sat around talking. Did not help me at all. Ended up leaving before even trying on a dress! Worst dress shop!

I had a 2 o'clock appointment. Was told to browse. We picked some dresses and when our stylist finally came over she looked at us and said I pull the dresses... I tried to be nice and let it go. She proceeds to put us in a room she measures my girls then tells them what size they should be then vanished. Me and my mother were pulling dresses for my girls to try on.
