Our consultant told us to go shop around and then got mad when we picked out dresses! She scolded us and said oh those won't fit your going to have to go up at least 4 sizes..when the dresses we choose fit just fine. Also attempted to upset our bride and tell her that the bridesmaid dress she fell in love with was limited availability. I had made an appointment roughly 3 weeks before my actual appointment to visit David's Bridal. I reserved online and stated that I would be shopping for 4 bridesmaids. The time slotted for my 4 bridesmaids was only an hour. Speeding up to the actually appointment, I arranged for a Saturday, because that's when all my bridesmaids could get together. Our experience picking out bridesmaid dresses was less than stellar. They seemed to be over booked, there was no room for the girls to twirl and get a feel for their dresses, and our attendant was happy to let us figure out things on our own. THEN it wasn't until AFTER everyone had picked our their dresses that the attendant lets the bride know that some of them didn't come in the color she picked. Worst customer service ever. Also whenever I told my consultant that I didn't like a dress she would just disappear and I would be stuck is a big wedding gown for 10 minutes just standing there..
