The initial visit was a walk-in and done as a bride to be and it was amazing... I've never gotten such attentive service and without an appointment... Sadly my three ladies scheduled appointments and did not get such great service... My Maid of Honor was completely ignored by the consultant, I had to go find dresses and another consultant just to get a long line bra to use... I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! It was absolutely terrible! This location deserved every awful comment you got sorry to say, but we did not enjoy our experience in any way.

Don't ever waste your time at this establishment. They are a complete joke, and they have zero communication skills. You would have better luck picking random dresses out of a sears catalog.

Basically the people here were rude and unaccomodating. We went shopping there at the beginning of this month for 6 Bridesmaid Dresses and 1 Flower Girl Dress. After choosing the dress they went to their computer and told me there was no way to get it in by my June Wedding. So defeated we picked another and again they said there is no way this dress will arrive on time. We were given a consultant who didn't do anything for us at all. We were there looking for flower girl dresses and a mother of the bride dress which I know are less than their wedding gowns but we should have been given some respect and checked on periodically. Was not pleased at all with their customer service

Two months ago for my sisters wedding me and her bridesmaids went shopping there and tried brides maid dresses on ! they said they did not have the dress in my size there so they gave me a different style but in my size.
