Not a very good experience, my consultant Elaine seemed very pushy because I didn't like any of the dresses she picked out. But she clearly had my online profile printed out with the dresses I liked. Of course they only had one of the dresses in a size 12 I'm a 14 so that didn't work. Also she didn't ask or help my bridemaids find anything and when I didn't say "Yes to the Dress" our consultant ELaine was really pissed. So I will not be going back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in for bridesmaid dresses. 3 adults and 1 is a junior bridesmaid. They literally had no junior bridesmaid dresses available. My niece wasted hours trying on dresses only to be told after wasting time trying each one on that they wouldnt be able to get it for my wedding which is in june. We even tried to put her in a size 0 adult dress and we were going to have it altered but they couldnt even get the dress in a size 0. we also asked that if we had to order an adult dress which is more expensive and ... read more

Don't ever shop here. The people that work there are not helpful and have very bad customer service

I must say I was happy with my final dress selection, but my experience was not great at all. First I called to confirm my appointment and I was told that I didn't have one when we were half way to the place then we were rushed to choose,me being the person I am I didn't let that happen because u wasn't leaving til I found what I wanted you already didn't schedule my appointment. I went to Davids Bridal in Syracuse with my mother, future mother-in-law and maids of honor. I had very high expectations because I had an amazing time and experienced great customer service in Buffalo. However that wasn't the case. My appointment was for 11am and my party pulled their own dresses, which was fine. We finally agreed on a dress around 2pm, however, they wanted my maids of honor to order a significantly larger dress (size 0 to a size 9 and size 11 to a size 19). This David's bridal was the worst bridal shop I could imagine!! I went in hoping to find my perfect dress and all I found was staff who hated their job and had no interest in helping me find a dress that suited me. It became very apparent that she had no interest in listening to what I wanted. Our consultant kept disappearing and wouldn't even help me when I had a dress on to get the dress straight or accessorize me. The consultant didn't listen to what I wanted, she incorrectly sized me three times, and the whole team was short with us and rather rude to my group at the end of our appointment. I've had pleasant experiences at other DB locations, but the Danbury branch is subpar

I have called the store multiple times and not a single person answers the phone!! I've let the phone ring for up to 5 minutes and still nothing. Really disappointing. Update: I changed my 2 star review to 4 stars because the manager of the store called and apologized for the inconvenience and made everything great again and answered the questions that I had!
