We were not overly impressed. We went there to get my bridesmaids their dresses and after 2 hours of them trying on dresses, we went to order and 2 of the 4 dresses were not going to be in time for my wedding. We had an appointment in which you give your wedding date prior to the appointment. We could have saved a great deal of time had we been told certain dresses wouldn't come in certain color I wanted. We are hoping the dresses come in on time....

HORRIBLE! My wife and I got married last year on August 27, 2016 and decided to go with davids bridal for her dress because of it being a big store we thought they would have experienced staff. This was not the case at all! My wife and her bridesmaids all went to the store across from limeridge mall on upper wentworth at first everything seemed to be going ok, it was not until they started getting fitted for there dresses that everything went wrong! Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came from Boston as my family is in CT and my sister is getting married and we were looking for bridesmaids dresses. The store called the day before and tried to get us to reschedule because they were overbooked. Not sure how them overbooking became our problem but they made it very clear to us not to expect much out of our visit. It was so busy and chaotic inside that it felt like such an impersonal experience trying on dresses. Very rushed and even though we were early to our appointment, because our stylist was running behind, the bride was told that her appointment would only be an hour vs the full hour and a half she was supposed to get. As for bridesmaids dresses, they didn't have nearly enough sizes in anything, so some of us had to wear dresses that were 5-6 sizes too big...then order a NON REFUNDABLE or NON RETURNABLE dress without even getti... read more

Even though I had an appointment, my stylist was still double booked. Since I was only shopping for a single bridesmaid's dress, her focus was obviously not going to be me. This was made clear within the first 30 seconds of the appointment. My friend and I were left on our own to find dresses to try on, then had to go purposely seek out my stylist to get shoved in a fitting room and never checked on again. Extremely congested When my bridesmaids were trying to try dresses on. Lots of pushing and shoving of other girls trying to get into dressing rooms too. Couldn't find our attendant anywhere. Not personable at all. Felt very rushed due to how busy they were once our attendant came along. Sad that one of my most exciting life events had to be experienced like this. I got my wedding dress else where and it was no where near an experience like this. Wish I would have went there for bridesmaid dress shopping too.
