It was horrible, the consultant that was to assist us in finding dresses for me Aunts bridal party was NOT so helpful and very un-organized..However we wasted 2 hours there and still ended up going to another bridal shop and purchasing dresses there...

I wasn't happy with the experience at Davids Bridal. We had an appt at 10:30. We were sent to our area but at 11:00 we still didn't have our stylist. When she did come she was so busy helping another bride that we did not get such great service. It was not a great experience.

Worst customer service ever! I will never recommend anyone to go there. Very rude from the minute we walked in. Was put into a smaller room to try on dresses and didn't help me into the dresses (my bridesmaid had to help me). Only showed me 3 dresses and proceeded to stay that I should go home and sleep on what type of dress I wanted. Never again! Go to Alfred Angelo! They were amazing and made me feel like a queen!

I have been in several weddings and have never had such a difficult experience getting a bridesmaids dress. They advertise plus size dresses, but fail to tell you that a larger dress takes 4-6 months to be made and shipped. That is simply ridiculous. I also struggled to communicate and place an order with store employees who insinuated that I was lying about a phone call with a customer service agent. I will avoid giving them my business ever again.

Horrible customer service today. It's a shame because I spent so much money here on my own wedding and never had an issue. I came in to order a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding and the lady working the sign in desk was super rude! I was talking to another employee and the lady sitting down cut us off and said "what do you need, trying on prom dresses?" No I need to order a bridesmaid dress and don't remember the size. Very crowded.. and you only get a mirror on your change room door to look at your dress. My consultant was not listening to me and never pulled what I liked even though i showed her pictures and kept repeating that I wanted certain things. She kept dissapearing when I came out of the dressing room and my mom had to be the one to do up my dress half the time. After an hour and a half your time it up and you have to leave (which is NOT enough time to find your wedding dress)

Was there for support for my friend and her bridesmaids! We were sitting in some chairs and Debra I think her name was told us we had to get up for actual brides party's!! Last time I checked my friend is getting married so she is an actual bride and the whole 3 hours we were there no one sat there!! Than to make a little girl cry because you are in a rush to end!!
