I went to davids bridal to try on a bridesmaids dress for my sister's wedding and when I got there I tried on a few dresses and got my measurements taken. They told me I was between a size 22 and 24. I didn't think I wore that size but I took their measurements and ordered a size 24 dress from them. When I got my dress and tried it on and it was humongous. Horrible get them in get them out policy, had my best friend in tears on her special day.
I got a dress at David's Bridal but wasn't sure if I was going to wear it to my event because i bought another dress the day before. The sales lady told me as long as i don't wear it i could return it for store credit, which i am fine with. Nowhere on the receipt it says receipt expires within 30 days. So when i took dress back the "manager" told me he was going to have to call corporate first, took my info and said he would call me back. A month and a half later and im still waiting for his call. Would NEVER EVER come back to this place!!!!! Rude and not courteous AT ALL!!! There was one ONE person in the store and the refused to allow me to try on ANY dresses bc I didn't have a appointment!!!! I work Midnights and my mother and I were just put and bought... Had 1800 cash looking for a dress and turned away!!! Wow! Horrible service!!! I lived her 28yrs and WILL Never tell anyone David Bridal is a good place to look... Horrible Horrible Front door service!!!!!
Poor customer service. We were told to bring the dress in for final pressing around 2 weeks before the wedding. We picked up the dress today after alterations to have bustled. That the final pressing had been done without our knowledge so additional pressing is $40. Not a very friendly place
rude sales staff called spoke with manager she didn't seam to care about anything didn't matter that we were unhappy with the service they provided wedding are supposed to be special I'll drive further to not have to deal with these people I will also he calling corporate beware don't even waste your time her go somewhere else
