We went here to look at wedding dresses and everyone was very rude and acted like you were wasting there time. We left and went to David's Bridal on Sawmill Road to get my ladies there bridesmaid dresses, where we didn't get any better service. The manager there was who the lady that was suppose to helping us got to help us and she was the rudest lady I have ever met. No one is helpful at all and they don't treat you with respect. So, my friend came in for her wedding dress and had Cricket as her consultant. She said she was very rude and made the whole experience so uncomfortable, that she asked me to get my old job back. I advised her to tell you about her poor experience, but she said that she just wouldn't come back. Her friend also had a poor experience on the same day. Not sure what happened there.
I love my dress and love my bridesmaid dresses from David's Bridal but the service at the Rockford location is awful. I purchased the gown preservation kit from them when I bought my dress in November and they never gave it to me. I had to make a trip back to the store, which is an hour away, to pick it up. The consultants I had for my dress and for my bridesmaids were terrible, I would have rather picked out dresses alone and saved a ton of time. I recommend David's Bridal but avoid the Rockford location
I (bride), my 5 bridesmaids, flower girl, and my mother went there for an appointment yesterday, February 6, 2016. It was an awful experience. My group kept giving my consultant dresses for me to try and she would give them excuses as to why I couldn't, such as it wasn't in my size. A good majority of the dresses weren't my size. all I'm going to say is that the customer service is awful and the sales woman name Desiree was probably the nastiest person in customer service that I have ever met. will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending this place. And it really is sad cause they had a lot of pretty dresses and when i first go there i told my other friend who just go engaged she should come here but by the end of the appointment i told her not to bother. Just AWFUL!
You will never receive another penny from me. All this store cares about is making Commission. How about you actually care about the people willing to put hundreds of dollars towards dresses and accessories. You measured me and my bridesmaids all wrong making us order bigger so you would make money off ripping us off even more in Alterations. Went in to pick out a bridesmaid dress. Although the store was mostly empty, I Waited a long time before someone came over. I tried on a few and when the consultant went to do my measurements, she reeked of cigarette smoke. Gross. I placed my order and was given an estimate. 6 weeks passed and I was never contacted.
