Horrible service go somewhere local...blamed manufacturer for mistake
Totally disappointed in this place my niece and us were there today for a 3:30 prom dress appointment had to wait 20 minutes before any one would be bothered to help.Then the girl who was assigned to us didn't even help. Your loss we went another place got gown your loss Get better help just so you know got gown at Fancy Schamancy they got the $400.00 sale they were marvelous and we didn't need appointment
The only way I would recommend anyone to this store would be to see Melissa. She is patient, calm, attentive and genuinely cares about your experience. I went in with my mom for an appointment that I had scheduled online. When we got there we were greeted,checked in,and asked if we could use the washroom. Will never return to this place! Had an appointment scheduled at 11am and the store reps left the store at 10:56am after seeing us waiting outside and fully ignored us even when I told them we had an appointment. The manager then told us well we open at 11am. They over booked apps, so our bridal rep didn't give our bride her full attention! And was mad we helped her instead! If I could do less than one star, I would. Not only did I have to pay American prices, and get my dress shipped from the U.S.A., even though I live 25 miles away from a Davids store,in Nanaimo, BUT I paid $170.00 and it came shoved in the mailbox, in a plastic, single layer, bag. Seriously? Not even a box! Don't ever deal with Davids. Terrible!!
This is literally the worst store ever! If you want your wedding day to go as planned do NOT use Davids Bridal. I was made to make an appointment and register with them prior to having my 3 bridesmaids, all who reside in different states, try on styles of dresses. At my "appointment" my bridesmaid and I decided to choose three dresses of the same material, in the same color but different styles. It's a good thing we didn't need much help. I liked our consultant but she spent SO little time with us. Our appointment was for 230 and we didn't get in until 315. Then I tried some dresses on and I felt super rushed. She would bring a dress and drop it off. Luckily my sister was there to help me dress and undress.. Worst experience. I signed up while at The Pink Bride Show in Knoxville. They called to confirm my appointment for 1 pm. I explained how I thought I had moved it to 2:30 pm. She said it was fine and see you then! I found my appointment cards the next day and realized I had 3 cards- one was for 1pm, next was for 2pm, and the last one was for 2:30 pm.
