I am getting married and brought my sister to try on bridesmaid dresses yesterday and I stressed my concern to the stylist several times about the dresses all looking "cheap" and she said it was because they were wrinkled and worn several times. After 45 minutes trying on NINE different dresses....not one of your employees asked if we needed help. It was 6:15 on a Monday. There were only 2 other people in the store when we got there. Very poor service.
This was the absolute worst service you could possible imagine. The lady helping me and my friend was Amy and she made multiple rude remarks towards our dress sizes.
Worst experience ever. I even did my part to pick out the style and dresses I would like to try on to make the experience easier, instead the "Stylist" brought me NONE of the dresses I picked. Every time I turned around she would say "I'll be back" idk what she was doing or where she was going. I was left there in a dress I hated, not sure what to do. Then she knew my budget ($700)and still pulled a $1500 dress!!! This place was over crowded and packed. Never going her again! This place ruined the dress buying experience.
Terrible experience this past weekend. I had booked an appointment to try on dresses and was immediately treated with rudeness. The lady who helped gather dresses for me and try them on was unbelievable. Didn't listen to any suggestions that I had and acted as if I was a complete inconvenience. I just had my first appointment ever for trying on wedding dresses. I had an awful experience and the girl that was "helping" me, looked like she hated her job and kept giving me and my family death glares when we said we didn't like what she was bringing us. I actually ended up crying. I didn't want to be there and none of their dresses were even close to, "the one". One positive thing that came out of this experience was that I got a vague idea of the style and fit that I like for my body type.
The staff in the Deptford location were fine but when I asked about why the dress wasn't ringing at the sale price the manager Zenny was extremely unprofessional and actually walked away from me while I was talking shaking her head! Never again! Unacceptable behavior by a GM.
Bad they don't treat plus size women very well. my friend and I felt like the lady assisting us was kind of trying to get us outta there. she gave my friend 4 dresses to try and I feel like there were more options but oh well. everyone needs a dress from time to time just because we're on the plus size side doesn't mean we deserve a lower level of treatment or quality of service. they also took a long time to come help us even though we had an appointment.
