As a Wedding DJ, I am surrounded by weddings. I have met with 88 brides in the past 9 years. 50 of the brides I have met with went with this location. I would tell you if you're thinking of going with this company and location.... RUN!!! The customer service is awful! I have met with brides in tears due to this location! Terrible experience. Would not recommend this place at all. I have ten bridesmaids and David's bridal was supposed to save the dress I chose for the bridesmaids in the system, and they couldn't even do that.
Horrible experience had a appointment and 315 and we didn't even see a stylist until 345 then she only brought me 5 dresses and not the style I asked for she was Mia the entire time my mother had to go find her to get me more dresses and she wasn't there to help me get into the dress right. We ended up looking at bridesmaid dresses for 20 minutes and she never came back so we just left. I highly suggest not going here!!
We were rushed. We had accessories constantly pushed at us (obviously consultants get commission to upsell). We were given less that 5 min to "make up our minds" before we were told the room had to be vacated for another appt. Our consultant abandoned us as soon as her next appt arrive. No one followed up with us. We left empty handed and went to another store where we received exemplary service from knowledgable staff. This was for Prom!! I can't imagine the nightmare of a bridal appt. Would not recommend.
Staff (Michelle) was very rude, unenthusiastic, rushed the process, didn't listen to suggestions, made the bride feel uncomfortable, and glared/rolled eyes at us when we tried to give better ideas. Not to mention that they had the wrong name and fitting room set up for the bride and they didn't realize until 10 minutes later of us sitting around. If you don't like your job you shouldn't give terrible customer service and make it a bad experience for everyone involved.
Yes, I found my dream dress, but no thanks to the consultant. My maid of honor found it after the consultant told me they did not have the style I was asking for. There was no room for my mother or grandmother to sit and people were constantly pushing them out of the way. I made an appointment and for sure did not get the experience a bride should get
I had the the worst experience here! The consultant was taken care of more than one person at a time! They didn't even have a consultant for me when it was my appointment time! I don't think I was treated very fairly and very good at this facility! It was the worst experience I had
