You would think after purchasing a dress the alternations would be free...NOPE! Alterations gonna cost just as much as a dress! Not too happy about that.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They over charged me for my bridesmaid dress. I was quoted a price at check out and their register stopped working. Waited 15 minutes before they told me they would call me and take payment over the phone. Found out the next day I was charged $40 more then I was advised. Called and spoke with a manager who didn't help me at all. She kept telling me she will speak with the gal that helped me when she's comes back to work next week. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional in bridal store before let alone any store! It is such a shame to spend so much money and not be treated like they appreciate the business! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
I made an appointment to find dresses for all 6 of my bridesmaids. The consultant, Amber, asked what colors I was interested in, any particular style I was looking for and the sizes my girls needed. She brought us back to 1 fitting room and said that she was going to check if we could have another one. She brought a couple sizes, none of which were the color I had requested. 3 of my girls had to take turns trying on 1 dress. Not impressed with the fact that they have zero notifications on inclement weather closure for people who have appointments. It's not a big deal to be closed but it is bad business to not let people know that you're closed. It's really not that hard to post a message on a webpage or social media. It would literally take 3 mins out of someone's life. Don't be lazy. Being customer service oriented is a thing...

Sad experience for me. Unless you are under the age of thirty....don't bother. I was approached by a woman who wanted to know... "what I needed"... and when I told her it was my second marriage she told me to go ahead and look around....not to take anything off a rack and do not take anything out of the bags.
