I went with one of my best friends to look for her bridal gown. She had to reschedule from last weekend due to weather and when we got there she was told that the appointment was only for bridesmaids dresses and not for wedding dresses even though the appointment she had to reschedule was for both. We told the associate it was more important for her to get her dress first and then the bridal party, and they said there was absolutely no room for her. Seriously the worst experience ever for my best friend. She looked beautiful in everything & her lazy, rude consultant made her feel so self conscious. We will NOT be back and I will for are not recommended this place to anyone. I was SHOCKED at who they hire in this store. A joke.
Today I took my Daughter to look for a prom dress at your location on Eglinton Ave E. Your greeter at the door needs to be educated on how to be nice. The lady that helped us to get a fitting room has no people skills. My Daughter tried on a size 2 dress and she told me she needed a size 0, so she tried on a size 0 and it was way too small. I asked the salesperson that if we ordered a dress online and it doesn't fit can we return it to the store...she replied with a snarky laugh. I rate my visit a BIG fat 0. I am very disappointed in David's Bridal. The Stylist I had was just wrong I can't even begin to say everything that went on. But in the end the Stylist screwed up my order so bad that the manager had to come in to REDO the order all over and that was with just 4 dresses being bought. I went on line and order the exact same dress for another girl and I rec'd that dress already but the ones from the store I have yet to get. Very Disappointed.
Im so disappointed in the way we were treated at David bridal. Their customer service was horrible. No professional skills what so ever. They saw us like we didn't belong there. Didn't even bother to look in my favorites(david bride personal page) to see what we were there for. The lady up front told us to take a look around till there was someone to help us. Went with my friend so she could try on bridal gowns. It was 3rd place we stopped at that day. We started picking out dresses for her to try on and the girl helping us was very rude. She discouraged my friend from a couple dresses that she liked by saying "that's not going to fit, it's not even going to go over her hips." if it wasn't for the manager coming over we probably would have just left.
