The people working at this store were unprofessional and just plain awful. Our party had 8 people all looking for dresses. The girl who was there to "help" us didn't one bit. We asked simple questions about ordering the dresses and her response EVERY time was "I don't know" instead of "let me go find out for you." She then left and never came back, and another lady came to help and was just as bad. VERY rude to the bride and the rest of us CUSTOMERS. How do I post negative stars? All I was doing was trying to make an appointment to try dresses on and it was the WORST Experience ever. Needless to say, no appointment was made and I will never step foot in this store again. Calling a district manager and filing a formal complain on this store. Absolutely horrible, would not ever recommend going here.
Horrible experience. They were completely busy in Toledo, Ohio. We made an appointment for wedding party and bridal. Was hardly assisted, given one fitting room for the 4 bridesmaids, they just don't care about you at all. VERY unorganized. Didnt make you feel welcome or special at all.
I felt as though I was inconvincing the staff.I was told when they called to confirm my appt that I would be sharing my consultant. Not to be selfish but seems like that time was reserved for me. I went somewhere else and got treated like I mattered. Needless to say my business was more appreciated somewhere else.
