Horrible went for our brides maid dresses . Got old dirty broken dresses to dry on. Not the right sizes. Or styles . Girl was hungover or something would never buy anything here again.
First and foremost I would like to start this review by saying my issue was not with my consultant my issue was with the rest of the staff. My consultant was Georgina and I absolutely loved her. She made me feel very welcomed and was so patient with my family and myself. I could not have asked for anyone better she was fast and efficient as well as pleasant and welcoming. Very disappointed with the service we received at this Davids Bridal location. Trying on wedding dresses for a bride is one of the most important things. Brides expect to feel beautiful.. not at this store. Our bridal party had called and made an appointment to reserve our spot just to be turned down when we got there with little help from the attendants. We will never shop there again.. very disappointing.
when you are a bridesmaid in a wedding and go to help the bride with the dress you expect exceptional help from the employee signed to help pick the dress with you. we DID NOT receive anything thing of that matter. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted with the help we had today. there was even an appointment made for the bride and us, as the bridesmaids, ended up getting the dresses ourselves after waiting. what a awful experience.
I think they need lessons in manners
I was not impressed at all and the Bridal party was not satisfied at all with the lack of help they received and all the problems they encountered and the finished product they received.
Had my first bridal appointment this morning and it was not what I expected but got a little better. Arrived 5 minutes early and was checked in but waited about 15 minutes before assisted by an attendant. I was nervous and excited all at the same time but my excited left and frustration kicked in. Either they had overbooked but I didn't get the "special treatment" I felt I deserved. She was running between clients and seemed...I don't know.
