Would never go back to them again. The first day coming in as a bride I waited 15 mins for someone to acknowledged me. I loved the dress I have selected but I would have driven another 2 hours to go to another store. From thw first day until the last payment of making payments the service at the store is horrible. The Sales Associates need to go through customer service training asap.
This location is the worst location ever. Adam Marks does not need to be in this line of business. He is unprofessional and rude. He yells at his customers and hangs up on them. Idk what his problem is but dealing with the public is not his specialty. I have called several times to speak with the Store manager Shawndra and she is never at work. I will tell everyone I know in the Lafayette and surrounding areas to never do business with this location .
Worst experience ever. Place was dirty, chairs were all old and torn up. Lady was absolutely no help, didn't listen to what I was asking. Then half way through, just left me. I will never recommend or return. I have no idea why that store is still in business.
Worst Experience- I scheduled an appointment, and showed up early. Had my mom and sister with me, I was greeted at the door politely and then came the nightmare. The girl that I had rolled her eyes nonstop, pick nothing that I asked for and was very very rude to my mother. I do not get to spend a lot of time with my mother and this was supposed to be an awesome experience that turned into the worst! Horrible staff! Staff was rude and unwilling to help! They never stayed with the people they were supposed to be helping and we're constantly helping 5 groups at one time!
Way to many issues, appointments were not honored I waited a half hour each time. To many frustrating encounters that ended in tears and disgust because the wrong dress was shipped and they asked "are you sure this. Isn't the right dress"? Well my dress should be light blue and this one is dark blue my dress is long this is short, we we're pulling our own dresses because our clerk kept disappearing for long periods of time.
