People were rude to my mother. She was 5 mins late for her appointment due to having to pick me (the bride) up from home. I was there shopping for a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding I was in. I had called and made an appointment, but when I got there, I was given to a consultant who was already working with a bride (not sure if she had an appointment or not).
