Way to many issues, appointments were not honored I waited a half hour each time. To many frustrating encounters that ended in tears and disgust because the wrong dress was shipped and they asked "are you sure this. Isn't the right dress"? Well my dress should be light blue and this one is dark blue my dress is long this is short, we we're pulling our own dresses because our clerk kept disappearing for long periods of time. Most stressful time of my entire life and David's bridal helped but then other times caused most the stress!
If I could use negative stars I would. Worst wedding nightmare ever.
Extremely poor my daughter a dress that fit when she tried it on the one that gave her was two sizes too big then they wanted just as much to fix the dress as they did to sell it to us and would not replace it with a dress that fit I wish I could give them a very negative review I will never return
We told the girl what type of gown we were interested in but she did not bring anything like we described. She was working with 2 girls so we didn't get her undivided attention.
Horrible customer service, I was rushed and told not to touch anything. And that I needed an appointment to look around.
