Their no return policy is ridiculous. Had I known that, we would never have gone there
We purchased a nice wedding dress good sale price then when time for alterations which little was needed they charged us almost the same price as the dress as I called a sent email and did that twice and of course no rep called back we were hundreds of dollars for a few alterations would never recommend or go there again.

Very unhappy with service. Had to keep looking for the woman who was supoose to be helping us with dresses. Appt was at 1:30 but didnt get to start till 1:55. Was not the bridal experience it should have been. Wont go back!
Terrible experience, service, sales consultant, everything basically! Places like David's bridal are suppose to be exciting and memorable place for brides and for brides family and friends... Not this place. Had a rude sales consultant named STEPHANIE! Obviously she is an unhappy person in general. Had all the sizes and colors of the bridesmaid wrong in their computer, so I guess she didn't pay attention to that either! For someone to pay $200 or more for David's Bridal products and get this horrible experience is unacceptab... read more
My poor rating is due to extreme unprofessionalism and low professional knowledge. In my second visit to this store I witnessed employees gossiping about each other AND myself, their costumer. I was simply waiting for the employees to finish their discussion with one another (speaking poorly of other staff members) in order to ask them a question on the main floor.
