Terrible, terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place at all.
My granddaughter got her wedding dress there.I thought because she was looking for a very low priced dress they were very rude to her and us. Not very attentative , to her we were the ones bringing her dresses because our sales person assigned to us was MIA.
The women helping me was in a hurry...then to top it off she was drunk from the night before almost fell on me...decide to leave it was too crazy ...then in December decided to go back maybe I would have better luck...customer services sucks we had to help our selfs ...I told manage Julie what had happened last time I was there she didn't care ...finely my daughter found a dress paid for it bought shoes then was going to have it alter did all the measurements for the dress and since I wasn't going to has it alter she took al... read more
Not enough mother of the bride dresses. Most are to long and sleeveless. Many older woman don't like to show their arms
The lady who was assisting me had an attitude because I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. I know time is limited but I didn't like how felt when picking out my wedding dress.
