We had a good experience; however, I felt the clerk was distracted and did not give the attention needed during the bridal fittings.

Although my daughter in law had a good experience and found a lovely gown at David's, I was disappointed in the selection of mother of the groom/brides dresses. I felt like I at a discount outlet store. The dresses available were from the past season. The saleswoman assigned to us was also helping two others at the same time. When you go to a shop in March after making an appointment, and expect to spend several hundred dollars on a dress, why would you only have fall and winter dresses to choose from. I will say that we got great help from the girl who helped us. The management on the other hand needs to have better people skills. When the dress I ordered was the wrong color they tried telling me that the color was correct and that the lighting made it look different. I ordered navy blue but got light silver, and I must be wrong.
