Our bridal consultant Mildred was very rude we got more help from other associates than we got from her she didn't listen to what the bride wanted or to what the bridesmaids wanted and she was all about getting her the bigger buck
I went to David's bridal shop in NJ seaching for a wedding dress for ny daighter. Felt they were rushing, plus they weren't friendly at all.
I wanted a certain dress. They had it, only it was a size 7 I needed a size 2 they said don't worry you can get it altered. So I paid for the dress and came back for alterations. The alteration costs were three times the price I paid for the dress. I made them refund the dress and order me a dress that would fit. Three weeks before the wedding the dress came in. Rudest staff ever. Like pulling teeth. So unhelpful
Horrible. Do not go to this store unless you absolutely have to. I am a bridesmaid and we are all getting our dresses from David's Bridal because we are spread all over the U.S. This is the only reason why I went there.. 1. The sales associates offer to 'help' you but then are no where to be found. I was even prepared, I had a list of dresses and the style numbers for those I was interested in but, it is pulling teeth to get help, even with an appointment. 2. Horrible customer service. Sent me hundreds of useless emails and never one stating that my dress colors were a limited time or when that time expired until it was too late. Now waiting 4 months for a dress. When I called to esquire about the color cut off date there was No apology, no compensation, just endless spam emails. The woman on the phone was rude and inappropriately sarcastic. Future brides do not waste the time or stress here.
Daughter was part of a wedding today, Saturday. Three bridesmaid's dresses were missing hook closures in back. One dress was sized two sizes too small. This for $130 each. This is not the only instance of this type of thing happening. Just be careful and get it early .... so you have time for the fix.
