Horrible !!!!!!!!! These people were so rude and unprofessional! The lady Pamela was absolutely out of line. They have zero customer service. I will never step in this place again. Albany area worst service.
I was in the store for 30 minutes and no one greeted me nor said anything as I was walking out! I will take my business elsewhere. Seriously disappointed.
Didn't get the friendliest service upon picking my wedding dress up from alterations. I'm big on customer service, so my stars are based mostly on that aspect. Selection is ok.

The staff was not friendly nor helpful throughout the process. Once u go to pick up gown they tell u about this great deal to clean u dress n get it packaged air tight by an outside vendor they recommend. What they don't tell u is they package it as is with all the stains, grass, n even bugs (if u do outdoors). A big name n extremely disappointing.
Rude, rude, rude. The sales woman was very pushy and after a few dresses didn't seem to want to help anymore.
