Don't go there!!! One of my dresses didn't arrive until a week before my wedding!! My stepdaughters dress fell apart right after the ceremony!!
Thank you SO much to the attendants at David's Bridal Town Center.. for NOTHING!!!!!!!! We just love being ignored, and you guys are SO good at that! So thanks again for making us feel so incredibly unwelcome in your store. The customer service sucked. They told me one thing and when I got there it was something different. They made my first wedding experience terrible. Will never go back to them. Sugarland......location.
Horrible experience here! Would give a 0 if possible. Browsed through to look at belts for my dress during a sale with my mother. Tried to put the belt on with a dress similar to my idea and was told we weren't allowed to look at the dresses alone anymore. The way it was said to us was almost as if they were going to kick us out of the store. The person that helped me was not helpful picked a lot of dresses didn't liked the dresses l picked off my wish lists she down wanted me to pick a most expensive one when I didn't pick a more expensive dress I didn't get no more assistance like help with shoes , jewelry or veils etc. Like my dress might get another not one hundred about it
I could handle the lack of service when I went in as a walk in to find the dress my friend wanted me to wear in her wedding as her maid of honor. However, I can not handle that after ordering the dress in the store that day and being told it would be delivered by the 10th of October ( wedding is the 17th) that when I call on the 8th of October to check up on it, I find out that it was actually never ordered when I paid for it a few weeks earlier and at this point there is no way to get it in. It was a awful experience. The consultant did not listen at all to the bride. She was rude and made my sweet daughter -in-law feel bad about her body. We will definitely purchase elsewhere
