The service there was great the girls really helped us when picking out bridesmaid dresses. We asked to see them in different colors to help us chose which we liked better. The staff was very kind to our whole group even the kids who were a bit rowdy.
Worst customer service ever. Don't take accountability for their actions, didn't order one of my bridesmaids dresses and didn't realize until 2 weeks until my wedding. My poor girl ended up wearing something completely different.
I felt very pressured into buying a dress right then and there that I wasn't in love with... It was very uncomfortable and I ended up at a different store altogether to buy my dress because I didn't like the atmosphere.
Horrible, rude, and very pushy. Would NOT recommend.
We went to David's bridal to try a dresses on for my sisters wedding and they were rude to us the whole time. They told us we didn't have an appointment , which we did and was acting like we were taking up there time , which the only people there was us. Then they told us they didn't have time for my sister to try on some wedding dresses.
