I have to tell you that If it weren't for Maria in alterations or Pam in customer service, I would NEVER step foot in this place again! Coming from a horrible experience personally at this store this year, these 2 ladies should be promoted! Maria listened to what I wanted as well as my future mother in law, took her time, didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't need, very personable & a passionate woman! I can't thank her enough & Pam too for her go get em attitude!
They were sooooooo patient with me, which is not easy:)
I recently had my wedding. The alterations were completely screwed up. Then they lost my veil !! My bustles were falling down the whole night. I will never do business with this store ever again. I will make sure to tell future brides about my experience also.
The people at David's bridal are not helpful and not friendly at all. We had an appointment and still we were ignored. If there were more places to chose from I feel like they may hire differently. They need a more knowledgeable staff with lots of enthusiasm... This is the biggest day of brides lives and they should feel the excitement the moment they walk in the door. I was very disappointed with my LAST visit here.
Nota good experience I was with my sisters and step mother looking for dresses for my sister who's getting married and no one payed attention to us for the hour that we was in that store till we decided to leave

They got my bridesmaids dresses wrong 3 times in a matter of 24 hours, along with the fact that they have more than one focus. The whole point in making an appointment is having their undivided attention rather than sharing your time with other customers as well. This time is supposed to be a happy bride moment, in finding my dress it took 2 family members to search for my lady to put it on me while I sat in the dressing room for 15 minutes in my slip, as she was "assisting another customers" now I can only hope once our ord... read more
My daughter who was a bride, scheduled an appointment for myself and her two bridesmaids to be fitted for a dress we were scheduled with one consultant that had two other bride she was also servicing we were not allowed to go through the store and look for other dresses while we waited well over an hour for one Droste even be brought to us we were told no one is allowed to touch their dresses never will we buy anything from David's bridal
