My wallet was stolen from here. Just the worst experience ever.
I had an appointment last Saturday went and was never helped by a consult! I picked 4 dresses myself with a friend and tried on by myself. Another consultant was told 5 times I needed help. Needless to say no one ever came, matter fact the consultant asked me to help her zip up another bride not once but twice!! Seriously!!¿?? You will not get my money you people are just awful!!!!!!
On behalf of myself, my soon-to-be-bride, and our entire bridal party, I would just like to express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with David's Bridal. The employees at the Tulsa store failed to change our wedding date in their computer, despite being told the correct date multiple times, and because of that lack of attention to detail and common sense, our dresses were not going to be here until a week before our wedding. Our consultant was helping another person and I think that she was overwhelmed. Very unhappy with the experience. I have been telling everyone I know
One star is all they get from me. I felt because I wasn't a young bride no one wanted to help me. I was looking for a certain style gown and they kept trying to put me into gowns that were to small for me and gowns I didn't ask for. My husband went shopping with me and he told the lady if you just listen to what my fiance is saying this would be easier and she wouldn't be so angry with you. We ended up leaving just walked out. The consultants (the one we had and the ones we seen) all seemed like they would have rather been anywhere else...
Horrible costumer service. They tell you one thing and do another. Will Never use David's bridal again.. Too many other places where I can spend my money.
The staff member who helped me was nice. But as for the greeters and management they were horrible. I didnt recive all the information i should have. When i called the store manager who happened to just barge in on my try-on, she was rude and unprefessinal. I ended up still getting my dress from here but as for the alturations, that i wasnt offered yet i needed, i went to another location. They also kiss placed my under garments that i had bought so i had to wait until tge day before my wedding to get them becuase they magic... read more
Staff was courteous... But only because our bride decided to buy there. She was pressured into her dress. It was the first place we had looked at. Since she decided to take the dive, we buckled for our bridesmaid dresses too. The materials were crap. Loose threads hung off of everything and nothing wanted to steam out or lay without wrinkles.
