I don't recommend this bridal salon at all. Extremely disappointed. Was given a wrinkled disaster of a dress which was used for an alterations appointment as well. How can you possibly tell length based on that? Was not given all my options for my dress. Was told, "You NEED this." Also was given two different sizes by two different consultants. If you are looking for help and don't know exactly what you want, I highly recommend a different bridal salon.
I had a the worst experience. My appointment was at 5pm. When I got to David they didn't have an consultant available. 30 minutes later when someone greeted me and my guess the consultant greeter her as the bride. I truly believe this happen because she 20 something and am 40 something. I was very clear that I only wanted a A-line dress the consultant should me everything but a A-Line dress. I would never recommend David Bridal .
Two of my girls were in Emerald. 1 purchased her dress online and it was true to swatch. The 2nd purchased from this store, and even though they have her marked down for Emerald, she somehow wound up with a much brighter (almost Kelly) green. Didn't realize until the day of my wedding and the two tones of green are QUITE obviously different. Not pleased and very dissatisfied that two dresses ordered in the same color could turn out so much different.
Worst experience of my life. Nearly ruined my wedding... completely ruin my wedding dress experience. Lost my dress. Finally got it the day before my wedding. Never ever ever again.
This summer I had to order 3 bridesmaids dresses. Would you believe db's messed up all 3 orders? Ordered at different times. I got a stained dress. Then the wrong color and finally the wrong size. I'm saying no to all bridesmaids offers if the bride is going through db's horrible service. I have never had a good experience with this company. Noteven 6 years ago when i went to them for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses.Spend more money save yourself and your bridesmaids the hassle and stress. If I could give zero stars ... read more
