I ordered shoes online, received them, wrong size. I've been trying to get a return merchandise certificate to get a refund on some $90 shoes. I do not see a customer service phone number to call, none of my emails get answered and they have a 14 day return policy. This place is not pleasant. There is a very sweet lady that always helps us with fittings but when we go to the front counter to check out and schedule our next appointment the middle aged lady is the rudest unhappiest person I've met. I hate that we've already purchased our dresses from there or they would not have any of our business! That lady is horrible!
Not enough people working for the amount of appointments. Did not enjoy the atmosphere at all. I recommend The Wedding Shoppe in St Paul that's where I said yes to my dress!

Horrible Customer Service, was lied to and treated very rudely! I would drive an hour away just to not deal with those people again!
We walked in last Wednesday night just to browse the bridesmaid dresses. We didn't have an appointment but since we were just looking I figured it wouldn't be a huge deal. From the second we walked in the door you could tell they were annoyed that we were even there. The lady at the front desk was so rude and not welcoming at all! The second a lady who had an appointment walked in behind us she became even more rude. SO GLAD I didn't get my wedding dress from here and didn't even look here!
