I visited the Merrillville location today to get bridesmaids dresses and I could not have been more disappointed. The staff was not very helpful and whenever we had a question they would just say no and walk away instead of offering other suggestions. Horrible experience, and I will tell everyone I know. Huge disappointment.
I took my fiancé in and it was the worst customer service experience ever. So we called the Brodie location and we are here now in the dress she wants. You should just close the north location.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I was there on December 22, 2014. Wanted to talk to corporate, they claimed they would contact us within 24 hours.....TWO WEEKS LATER NO CALL!!! Thanks for crushing my tiara in a box that was WAY to small!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCONSIDERATE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BEWARE: In helping my cousin with her wedding went to 4696 PRESIDENTIAL PARKWAY MACON GEORGIA 31206 LOCATION ..Initially there was good face to face customer service. After purchase of the bridesmaids gowns, shoes , the bride's dress and veils ( veil as well as a blusher ) problems began. Representatives were not all well trained as we learned items like covers/jackets were available that previous rep when asked stated was not. ( Ask them about their warehouse). I went there this afternoon to try on two wedding dresses. I was in the store 30 minutes and NO ONE would help me. They saw me, walked by me, I was never greeted, and didn't stop when I started to ask for a room to try on the dresses. Had I liked the dress, I had cash ready to purchase it...but I put the dresses back where I found them and walked out. Pretty much on par with the majority of "chain" stores here in Savannah- SEVERELY lacking in good customer service.
Was not the visit I was expecting....I was shopping for a gown to go to a ball, not a wedding gown...but I did have an appointment. A consultant greeted me, as I pulled three dresses, was put into a dressing room, and left. I cut my finger trying to zip up the dress alone...no mirrors in the dressing room and when I came out to look at the dress, my consultant was gone, helping someone else.
