Terrible! Made an appointment, we told her we were looking for tea length all she said was they are hard to find then disappeared! She came back when we found some to try on but she was more concerned with hanging them back up then helping us find new ones.... Left straight after! Worst customer service ever!
I have never been so disrespected in my life. My consultant acted like she did not want to be there. We had to specially ask over and over again to measure my bridesmaids and then we had to ask to compare the measurements to make sure the sizes ordered were the correct ones. THEN come to find out they never even typed the measurements into the computer after we asked them to so we can have them for future reference. From the moment I walked in, the employees were uninterested and unhelpful! I checked in at the desk and the lady "helping" me had me waiting ten minutes while she talked to other people, answered the phone, and just let me stand there in silence. Once she pulled up the information she then passed me off to another employee whose response was "I'm about to clock out soon" and asked me what dress number it was I was looking for. To Whom It May Concern: My Main purpose of going into the store today was because I did not trust the store to begin with, after my first visit and seeing HOW highly disorganized everyone seemed to be. I wanted to be sure that the correct dresses and sizes were actually on file. Seeing as I'm the Bridal I feel as it's my responsibility to make sure all the ducks are in a row and put as little on my bridesmaids to do as possible. HORRIBLE customer service. Worst Experiance I've ever had dress shopping! I scheduled my appointment For January. The Dress Assistant Maria was not helpful at all. She basically made my girls pick out their own dresses & sizes. Then made them share a dressing room together... which was very uncomf. & THEN she just walked away. Checked on us once maybe Twice just to see if we were finished yet. Then proceeded to tell me my coral bridesmaid dresses could take up to 16 weeks to arrive. she was very negative the whole time -_- .... read more
Ok so I had an appt at 230 made it there at 215 ish and my girls picked out what they liked as far as their dresses. The Consultant was not helpful at all during my process of choosing anything she only helped like maybe 10 min of me almost 2 and a half hours there. If it wasn't for my girls helping me try on my dresses by God I'd still be there! I will be contacting upper management in the morning but I don't not recommend anyone use beth!
The sales people only seem to care about you when you walk in after that you fend for yourself. Someone said they would come check on me and I waited and waited so I just left. I'll get my alterations elsewhere and dry cleaning for my wrinkled dress!
