I had wonderful service for my bridal appointment with Monika, but just today had a bridesmaid appointment with Sandra and she was terrible!
Horrible customer service!!! I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time. Told the lady at the front desk I would just look around until my appointment. She informed someone else that I was there and that they would come get me at my scheduled time. Waited and waited while 4 employees were standing up front talking. Finally I went up and asked them If I needed to come back at a different time. The whole time I was there not one person asked me If I needed help.
I really had No help other than my maid of honor pulling dresses for me...really nice store but all the consultants were just sitting or standing around....
My future daughter-in-law came into this particular shop today looking for a wedding dress. Our experience started out well but quickly took a turn for the worse. They were short-handed. Our first consultant was about to finish her shift and was not very interested in doing a thorough job. Our second consultant was rude and not interested in being of help what-so-ever. We will continue dress shopping elsewhere.
Went in to Davids bridal for measurements for my bridesmaid dress because the bride lives out of town and I was told I could go in to any bridal shop and they would measure me complimentary. The employee gave me a hard time and then proceeded to measure me with my clothes on...coat and all! I've always heard negative things (and wedding nightmares) about David's Bridal but never actually had gone into the store. Good selection and prices but bad customer service...we even had the manager.
So I'm in my wedding dress right now and about to walk down the ailse... And what do I see?? A security tag hanging off the back of my dress! Seriously?
