I am very embarrassed for David's Bridal! Did you really ask me to pay $10 plus tax to take my daughter's wedding gown we ordered out of the store? Yes, you sure did. I had to pay for a bag to leave out of the store. David's bridal ask you to do this after purchasing a wedding gown from their boutique. Asking all boutiques, have you ever sent your customer out of your lovely boutique without a bag? Ridiculous! Very upsetting and I have told everyone I know. B.Rhoda
I went in i felt like they were pushing me around, like "like hurry up hunnie stop wasting my time" and i told them my budget and the just kept bringing me dresses. I felt pressured, so I left. ugly attitude and customer service. I won't go back to them.

Thank you for making the majority of the bad reviews a reality for us. I'm normally not an online complainer, but you made my bride feel stupid and that makes me mad. Sincerely - the maid of honor.
Good selection of dresses but crap customer service from one of the sales reps who abandoned us mid-conversation to help someone with a more expensive dress. The other rep was great but clearly embarrassed by the other rep.
Worst customer service around!! Talking crap about us to each other in front of other family members... wow real classy people!
Decided to go take a look at dresses today for my wedding. We got to the store an hour before tjey opened. So I waited around with my mother and elderly grandmother who is in a wheelchair. No we had no appointment as it was the first venture out to simply see what was available at davids . They constantly are emailing me and calling me but have not been able to set an actual appointment due to my work which has me traveling often and im out of town more than im in town. They were trying to sell a white vail to go with an off white dress. They were telling the bride how beautiful she looked,when you could clearly see the colors didn't match.
